Cookies for breakfast, you say. Yes! I found this recipe on one of my favorite sites, Once a month mom. I had all the ingredients on hand, so I whipped up a batch for breakfast for tomorrow. OOTToddler and I sampled their deliciousness tonight. I used blueberry flavored dried cranberries, and they added a nice sweetness to it, along with applesauce I canned in the fall. I also used old fashion oats instead of quick cooking ones, but I let them sit a little longer than 5 minutes before putting them on the cookie sheet to give them a little more time to soften.
